Storefront & Awning Restoration

Overview

With support from government funding, our Storefront & Awning Restoration initiative is actively breathing new life into Vancouver’s historic Chinatown district. We partner directly with local business owners and property managers to restore, refresh, and transform building facades, helping revitalize the public realm while honoring the neighborhood's rich cultural heritage.

Our comprehensive support covers every step of the upgrade process—including custom design, production, and installation. Key project enhancements include vibrant new storefront awnings, historic neon and exterior signage, interior lighting upgrades, and street-level improvements. Together, these enhancements create an inviting atmosphere, protect pedestrians, boost foot traffic, and foster vibrant economic growth across Chinatown.
